A poet in my arts community just passed away.

I wanted to honor his memory a bit.

I wasn't a close friend of him or anything, but saw him at a bunch of readings that my buddy Dave ran.

Gentle mountain of a man,
Calling out to the winds,
Strong stance for sensitivity,
Powerful voice, echoing through and resounding...
Will continue its echo
In ripples
And in lives
Of hearts touched.
