Re: Any Jersey New Agers?
Mon, May 29, 2006 - 7:46 AMI feel You, Goddess M...and have been seeking such a community in this "unconscious"
Garden State for quite some time?...hence looking to relocate after graduating from holistic massage school in the fall?...even thought about creating one on my 80acre farm in Upstate NY, but haven't attracted enough like-minded Beings to manifest such a place?
...although I haven't given up all hope on EastCoast living, I am leaning towards
following Horace Greely's suggestion to "go West young man"!;o)

Thu, June 1, 2006 - 7:06 PMI am also looking for something very similar--this state simply does not have enough of such people. This is fine, but it is the reason I always feel like I need to go to California haha. -

Wed, October 4, 2006 - 12:29 PMHey, have you looked into the Princeton Center for Yoga & Health?
www.princetonyoga.com
All kinds of holistic workshops, yoga classes, drum circle, concert, kirtan, etc. - good company. They also have a work-exchange program for taking classes.

The first and unfortunately only time I hung out with these people was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, open and open-minded.

Peaceweavers in Lambertville/Princeton
Mon, February 26, 2007 - 9:35 AMHi Y'all,
I am new to this tribe and actually live in CA. I moved here from NJ about 15 years ago, but am still connected to some great people back east. Is anybody here connected with the Peaceweavers? They started coming together in ritual and community service about 15 years ago in Lamberville/Princeton and now have a center on about 270 acres in the Finger Lakes region on NY. They offer meditaion retreats, sacred circle, and healing services and have a great network in NJ. Really great people living in community in a clean and natual way.
